White Chocolate Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. Cap'n Crunch cereal
1 small can mixed nuts
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 c. small pretzels
2 lb. white chocolate

Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt the white chocolate over water in double boiler. Pour melted chocolate over the mix. Stir quickly to coat everything.
Spread onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. When firm and cool, break into pieces.
