Sweet And Sour Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 small green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow peas
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve juice.
    Add water if not at least 1/2 cup.
    Cut pork or chicken into cubes; saute in large frying pan in oil for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Combine reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice and the next 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Add juice mixture and green pepper, cut into thin strips, to skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken.
    Run water over snow peas to thaw.
    Add to skillet with pineapple chunks.
    Cook 2 minutes more. Serve over cooked rice and with egg rolls.
