Baked Chicken Breast With Horseradish Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish, drained
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
    4 chicken breasts with bone
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute without browning.
    Whisk in milk; bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 3 minutes.
    Stir in horseradish, sour cream, sugar, mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
