Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 head cabbage
    celery
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 pkg. Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
    1 large can V-8 juice
    2 cans sliced carrots, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Chop all vegetables and put in large pan.
    Add ground beef, juice and soup mix.
    Cover and cook until done.
    Stir often.
