Mom'S Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can pineapple rings (reserve juice for batter)
Preparation
    In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, melt butter.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter, then place pineapple rings evenly over top.
