2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked or 1 (4 oz.) can shredded coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
On bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate, evenly spread the margarine.
Put coconut evenly into margarine.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden; cool.
