Broccoli Casserole *(Official Fbc Staff Christmas Party Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing

Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine egg, soup, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.
Add broccoli.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Melt margarine and combine with stuffing mix.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
