Bacon Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large white baking potatoes, scrubbed and thinly sliced (do not peel)
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
1 stick margarine
paprika
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, layer sliced potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt margarine and pour over potatoes; then sprinkle with chopped onions.
Heat milk and cheese together to make sauce.
Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika; then crumble bacon over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Uncover and continue baking, until brown on top.
