Cognac Carrots(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bunches carrots, scraped and cut into thin slices or \"rounds\"
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cognac
Preparation
    Melt butter in a baking dish.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Add carrots and cognac.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
