Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    2 eggs
    flour
    shortening
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash and separate cauliflower; drain.
    Heat shortening in a large skillet covering bottom.
    Beat eggs in milk, dipping cauliflower in mixture, then dip in flour.
    Fry to golden brown.
