Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1 or 2 hot peppers, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 large sweet pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all but cheese.
    Pour 1/2 batter into greased preheated skillet.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Pour remaining batter on top of cheese.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Makes 1 large black skillet full.
