Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
    Bake 325 degree for 45 minutes.
