Greek Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 c. cooked chopped spinach
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
6 firm, medium tomatoes, insides scooped out
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small saucepan, heat oil and saute onion for 10 minutes.
Combine all the remaining ingredients except tomatoes and add to the onion.
Stuff filling into tomatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
