Nellie'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed, buttered saltines
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter while hot. Layer 1/2 of broccoli in large casserole dish.
    Then mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Layer 1/2 of this over broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over this.
    Repeat, making two layers of broccoli, soup mixture and cheese.
    Spread crushed buttered saltines on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
