Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cut green beans, drained
    1 can cut yellow wax beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Drain beans thoroughly.
    In large bowl, combine all beans and toss lightly with onion and bell pepper.
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Add salts, pepper and oil; mix well.
    Pour dressing over beans; mix to coat well.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
