Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. vegetables (broccoli, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, red pepper, corn)
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 bags Uncle Ben's boil-in-bag rice, cooked
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken in hot oil until browned.
    Add vegetables and stir until crisp-tender.
    Mix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic powder and ginger.
    Add to skillet.
    Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
