Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked chopped meat
    1 Tbsp. oil (for meat)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil; season with salt and pepper.
    Drain pineapple, reserving the liquid.
    Add enough water to make 3/4 cup liquid.
    Stir liquid and barbecue sauce onto meat.
    Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
