Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. milk
    5 to 6 small catfish fillets
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Combine eggs and milk; stir well. Dip filets in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Arrange on greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Drizzle with margarine. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
