Pat'S Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 lb. cucumbers
    5 tsp. mustard seed
    5 tsp. celery seed
    5 tsp. pickling spices
    10 whole bay leaves
    10 cloves garlic
    10 small sprigs fresh dill
    2 c. vinegar
    5 qt. water
    1 c. salt
Preparation
    Wash cucumbers thoroughly.
    Then slice 1/3-inch thick.
    Pack into sterilized quart jars.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon each of mustard seed, celery seed and pickling spices in each jar.
    Place 1 whole bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic and 1 sprig of fresh dill in each jar.
