Eggs Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes (8 oz.) frozen leaf spinach
    9 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook spinach in medium saucepan over low heat. Drain well. Place hot spinach in greased pan. Make a depression for each egg in spinach. Break 1 egg in each depression. Prepare Cheese Sauce. Pour over eggs and spinach. Bake 35 minutes or until done.
