Creamy Tortellini Party Pick-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag frozen tortellini
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation

Add tortellini to saucepan of boiling water.
Boil, uncovered, 15 minutes until tender.
Drain.
Heat butter in pan.
Stir in garlic.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir in cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Cook 1 minute.
Add tortellini to pan and mix well. Cool tortellini 5 minutes, then thread 2 on each toothpick.
Serve warm.
