Ingredients
    1/2 c. summer squash, sliced
    1/3 c. celery, sliced
    1/3 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
    1 (4 oz.) chicken breast
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place vegetables in a small baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 package soup.
    Place chicken on top of vegetables; sprinkle with remaining soup and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
