Great Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox gelatine
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 c. sugar or fructose
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Add boiling water.
Put mixture into blender with rest of ingredients.
Blend until frothy.
Let stand until slightly thickened before pouring into baked pie shell.
Refrigerate.
