Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 or 4 green onions, finely chopped
    1/4 c. dry white wine or beef broth
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    pinch of saffron or turmeric
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shredded cheese of your choice
Preparation
    In frypan, brown meat and drain.
    Add tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper; mix.
    In separate pan melt margarine, add rice and onion.
    Coat thoroughly stirring with wooden spoon until yellow and add wine or 1/4 cup broth until absorbed.
    Lower heat and stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Place in Pam sprayed casserole and bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This is a popular church supper dish. Also excellent stuffing for peppers.
