Lo-Cal Banana Milkshake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 small banana or 1/2 (6-inch) banana
Preparation

Put ingredients in blender.
Add 2 to 3 ice cubes and whirl. Serve and enjoy.
Yields 1 serving (1 1/2 cups); 120 calories per serving.
Exchanges: 1 skim milk and 1 fruit.
