Country Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dressed rabbit, disjointed
seasoned flour
cooking oil
3 slices bacon
Preparation

Coat rabbit pieces with seasoned flour.
Brown well in hot oil in skillet.
Pour off excess fat.
Add small amount of hot water. Arrange bacon slices over rabbit.
Cover skillet; cook over low heat until rabbit is tender, adding water, if necessary.
