Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package; drain.
    Melt butter. Crush Ritz crackers.
    Add 2/3 of butter to crackers; stir.
    Mix remaining butter, broccoli and cheese (chunked) into casserole dish.
    Stir so that all butter is mixed well with broccoli.
    Cover broccoli with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
