Ted'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mix (beef, pork or veal)
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 large or 2 small garlic cloves, chopped fine (more, if you're a garlic lover)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. freshly chopped Italian parsley
    scant Tbsp. oregano
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. unflavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together and shape into large meatballs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour until brown.
    Heat in your favorite tomato sauce and serve over pasta.
