Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
6 to 8 apples, cut into cubes

Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs well.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring in the apples and nuts last.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
After unmolding, dust cake with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
