Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, sugar, oil, salt and cinnamon.
    Take out 1 cup of mixture and add 1/2 cup chopped nuts; reserve for topping.
    To the remaining mixture, add egg, buttermilk, baking powder and soda.
    Pour in a greased pan (9 x 13-inch) and sprinkle on topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
