Roast Dove - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 doves *
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. dried white sage leaves
    6 whole cloves
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Remove and discard the giblets from each bird; rinse and pat dry.
