Fruit Salad With Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 large red apples, cored and cubed
    2 pears, cored and cubed
    1 lb. seedless green grapes
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in top of a double boiler.
    Place over boiling water; cook, stirring constantly, 10 to 12 minutes or until thickened.
    Remove from boiling water; cool.
    Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; fold into cooled mixture.
    Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 3 hours.
    Combine fruit, and serve with dressing.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
