Oven Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato per person
    1 onion
    6 carrots
    2 1/2 lb. stew beef
    12 or 16 oz. can tomato juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve over rice.
