Canadian Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 double crust pastry
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 small minced onion
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. beef bouillon
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Fit one-half of unbaked pie crust into 9-inch pie pan.
    Cook beef and onion in skillet until meat is brown.
    Add marjoram, steak sauce, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, bouillon and Tabasco sauce.
    Mix well.
    Turn into pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Top with other pie crust, crimp edges and cut air holes in top.
    Place pie in large baking pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
