Mashed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or more potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation

Boil
and
mash
potatoes.
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper and butter.
Add mashed potatoes and spread into baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
