Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (best made with real butter)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple (large)
4 c. soft bread cubes, with crust removed
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and salt.
Add eggs (no need to beat first), milk, canned pineapple, then bread cubes.
Blend together. Put in casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until top is brown.
