Double Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, separated
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. mint extract (optional)
    2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 c. sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in 3/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Beat in eggs (and 1/4 teaspoon mint).
    Stir in 1/3 cup light brown sugar, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa.
    Spread into pan.
    Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
