Basic White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. low-fat or skim milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a saucepan.
    Add flour and stir.
    Quickly pour in milk and whisk until smooth.
    Keep stirring until thickened and serve immediately.
