Working Mom'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken breasts, boneless
1 pkg. bread crumbs
juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 stick butter
Preparation

Wash chicken and pat dry.
Lightly salt and pepper.
In a glass baking dish, pour enough crumbs to cover bottom.
Place chicken on top.
Pour crumbs on top of chicken.
Squeeze lemon juice on top.
Place butter in pats.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Best served with Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor).
