Freezer Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head shredded cabbage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 carrot, grated
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. white mustard seed
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze out all liquid.
    Add carrot and pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients and boil 1 minute.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Pour over slaw mixture and put in freezer.
