Red Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium red Italian onions
    2 large oranges
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 (1 lb.) can tiny beets
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice onions.
    Peel and section oranges.
    Break romaine into serving pieces.
    Arrange romaine in bowl.
    Add orange sections and tiny beets.
    Top with onion rings.
    Combine oil, vinegar, orange juice, salt and seasonings; blend well.
    Pour over salad; toss at moment of serving.
