Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 medium pkg. Doritos, crushed (nacho flavor)
1 medium whole onion, cooked until tender in chicken broth
dash of garlic powder
1/2 pkg. crushed red pepper
1 bag shredded Velveeta cheese (mild)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Place in a long 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish (glass).
Sprinkle Velveeta cheese on top. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake until soups bubble.
Place aluminum foil on top loosely to prevent cheese from burning. Serves 6.
