Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar into mixing bowl.
    Add shortening and 2/3 cup of milk.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add remaining milk, vanilla and whole eggs.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Make 2 layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
