Raisin Oatmeal Mini Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup margarine, melted
    1 1/2 cups quick oats
    egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    artificial sweetener equivalent to 1 cup of sugar
    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine margarine and oats.
    Stir in egg substitute, vanilla, and sweetener.
    Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Add to oat mixture alternately with milk.
    Stir in raisins.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with non stick cooking spray.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
