Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. mashed banana
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together by hand.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Cake will crack slightly on top.
    Cool in pan for 1 hour before removing.
    For the icing, use a cream cheese type topping, or none at all.
