Carrot Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. green onion, minced
    3 c. carrots, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine the flour, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, Tabasco and lemon peel.
    Stir in the eggs and carrots and mix well.
    Drop the mixture by heaping tablespoonful into a lightly greased griddle or skillet.
    Cook the patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until brown.
