Frozen Banana Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bananas, mashed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream or 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well and pour into a 9-inch square pan.
Freeze until firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
Yields 9 to 12 servings.
