Taco Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, debone and remove skin
    3 Tbsp. oil, brown slightly
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    1 (10 oz.) jar salsa
    1 jar peach preserves
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Pour off oil.
    Sprinkle taco seasoning on cooked chicken.
    Mix salsa and preserves.
    Pour over chicken and simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
