Curried Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in curry powder and rice.
    Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir.
    Bring to boil.
    Lower heat; cover.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
