Mexican Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    2 tsp. skim milk
    1 tsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. beans (any type)
    3 Tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, milk, chives and chili powder.
    Pour in omelette pan or griddle.
    Heat beans just to warm.
    Fill omelette with beans and half the picante sauce.
    Top omelette with remainder of picante sauce.
